Servio F. Lima Reina is an ecuadorian, specialized in Telecom companies. He holds two master degrees: A Master of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and an MBA from Universidad Federico Santa Maria de Chile from Chile. In addition he has an specialization in Telecom Companies from Blekinge University in Sweden. He has been the IEEE COMSOC Ecuador Chapter chair, and Cisco-ITU-Academy Ecuador Chairman. He has written several IEEE articles and papers related to Broadband networks. Nowadays, he is the Regional Vicepresident of NAVEGA for six countries in Central America: Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Panama. NAVEGA belongs to the Millicom International Celular group (NASDAQ: MICC). His current interests are in the fields of Convergent Mobile/Broadband networks and Process optimizations for Telecom companies using Lean Six Sigma.
