Herbert Goetsch is Director, Product Management at Level 3 Communications. He is responsible for product delivery of the transport and data services portfolio within Europe. This portfolio includes Wavelength services, Private Lines, Ethernet Private Line and MPLS based services, such as EVPL, VPLS and IP VPN.

Mr. Goetsch joined Level 3 in March 2001 as Product Manager for Internet Access in Germany. Prior to joining Level 3, he worked in several positions within the Communications group at Siemens.

Mr. Goetsch holds an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Munich.

He is based in Munich, Germany.
